The Club’s launch event was held at the Treasury Building in Westminster. Joining Tanya de Grunwald, founder of Graduate Fog, was Priscilla Baffour, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at ITN, and Patrick Brown, Head of Diversity & Inclusion at the Civil Service Graduate Fast Stream. Our audience was a fantastic group too – including representatives from Channel 4, Google, ASOS, the Telegraph, the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme, Virgin Media, Penguin Random House, Ogilvy & Mather, AXA and Grant Thornton. Both Priscilla and Patrick shared a wealth of fascinating insights and stories and were inspiring speakers. Priscilla’s mantra on diversity? “Let’s stop talking about it and just get on with it!”
