DITCH THE PINK: WHAT DO YOUNG WOMEN WANT FROM GRADUATE EMPLOYERS IN 2018 AND BEYOND? (JULY 2018)

Stella Creasy MP joined a fantastic group of employers – including Google, Cancer Research UK, J Walter Thompson, ASOS, Mumsnet and Selfridges – to discuss how the UK’s best firms can lead the way on reducing the gender pay gap. (Stella is part of a cross-party group of female MPs who set up the campaign #PayMeToo.) Graduate Fog’s founder Tanya de Grunwald also presented new data from our female readers, who have made clear they expect greater transparency and accountability from employers on how they are tackling issues including the gender pay gap and sexual misconduct. Cancer Research UK co-hosted the event, which was held at the Francis Crick Institute in Kings Cross, London.

PS. We made the news! The Evening Standard covered the event – see the article here
